Job summary

The Assurance Group in Augusta, United States is seeking a consultive health and life insurance representative. No cold calling; you’ll work from home with warm, free leads and in-house appointment setters, building relationships and renewing client coverage.

This 100% commission role offers flexible hours and ongoing in-house training. You may meet clients in person for appointments; experience is welcome but not required as the company trains new agents from various backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Must be teachable.
• Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!).
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health License (fairly simple process).

Responsibilities

• Sell health and life insurance using a consultive approach with warm leads.
• Renewal income through ongoing client relationships.
• Meet clients in person for appointments and provide superior service.
• Utilize in-house appointment setters and training to maximize earnings.
