Job summary

The Assurance Group (TAG) in Toledo, OH seeks a consultive health and life insurance rep. You will work with fresh, no-cost warm leads and in-house appointment setters, selling life, health, and fixed index annuities on a 1099 commission basis.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and candidates from bartending, teaching, healthcare, and other industries are encouraged to apply. You can set your own hours and build renewal income as you meet clients in person rather than cold

Qualifications

• Must be teachable.
• Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!).
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health License (fairly simple process).
• Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person).
• Must be good with people.

Responsibilities

• Sell life, health, and fixed index annuities using provided warm leads.
• Meet with clients in person to present and close insurance solutions.
• Take advantage of in-house appointment setters and ongoing training.
• Operate in a 1099 commission environment with no base salary.
