At Eocene Environmental Group, Inc. we are seeking a Consulting Utility Forester to work in the field with utility clients, property owners, and contractors to ensure safe and sustainable vegetation management practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in forestry or related field; utility line clearance experience preferred.
• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contact property owners and agencies regarding pruning/removals.
• Conduct tree and brush inventories.
• Plan work for tree contractors.
• Gather and manage field data (species, size, distance from conductors).
• Verify data across databases and ensure accurate reporting.
• Safeguard employees and public; enforce safety practices.
• Travel to job sites; operate and maintain equipment.
