Requirements:

• 3+ Years of technical sales experience in a relevant industry, with associate to advanced level technical certification in a single domain.
• 5+ years of progressive experience as a technical consultant, technical specialist, system engineer, or a comparable role performing related duties.
• 5+ years of hands-on Cisco experience, with current Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher certification highly preferred.
• Successful sales track record, preferably in the Charlotte, NC market.
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments, focusing on technologies such as Infrastructure Modernization, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Security, and Digital Transformation.
• Strong sales consulting skills and ability to collaborate with sales, engineering teams, and OEMs.
• Ability to travel up to 40% locally within the Charlotte, NC Metro area.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including product demonstrations, customer service, and presentations.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco, VMware, AWS are desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

What will you be doing?

Our goals are to foster a world-class culture and deliver customer delight. As a technical liaison, you will build consultative relationships, position technical solutions, and identify areas for additional services and consulting support. This remote role requires around 40% local travel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical pre-sales consulting on IT solutions, including Infrastructure Modernization, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Security, and Digital Transformation.
• Serve as the technical liaison for clients, selling complex products and services.
• Consult on network design and architecture.
• Attend business meetings with Client Managers; collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to drive business outcomes.
• Assist in developing Statements of Work and Bills of Materials.
• Estimate labor hours for Professional Services.
