We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage government contracts. Responsibilities include monthly financial statements, bookkeeping, cash and AR/AP management, and internal controls. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Deltek is required; CPA preferred; US work authorization

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with full-cycle government contract accounting.
• Self-starter/adaptable mentality.
• Solid understanding of QuickBooks Online and Deltek.
• Must be comfortable with meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• CPA License or licensing in-process preferred.

Essential Functions

• Monthly financial statement preparation
• Management of bookkeeping, cash, and AR/AP

The anticipated hiring base hourly rate for this role is: $30–$40. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to education, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
