Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., Workday) preferred.
• Ability to travel ~5% and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for experienced hires from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with leaders, resource management and HR to develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen and assess top talent with diverse pipelines.
• Facilitate interviews and debriefs; lead offer negotiations with HR and leadership.
• Maintain ATS records; ensure compliance with policies and EEO guidelines.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, hiring partners, and external sources.
• Represent Baker Tilly at events and contribute to branding and D&I initiatives.
