• Demonstrated DOE or similar federal agency experience is a plus.
• Strong PMI-based practices and ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate across organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients and executives.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools; independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Maintain consistent billable utilization aligned with goals.
