Job summary

Management Solutions LLC (MSLLC) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee operations for a large IT-related contract vehicle for a federal client in Knoxville, TN. This full-time role requires coordinating IT, logistics, security, procurement, and program management to ensure efficient execution and adherence to policy.

You will interface with dispersed teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and milestones, and drive continuous improvement across operations and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing programs/projects of similar scope.
• Experience managing IT programs across multiple places of performance and dispersed workforce.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification by PMI.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with DoD/DoE federal IT programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage operational activities for IT projects and program workstreams.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, procurement, contracts, and program management stakeholders.
• Track project cost, schedule, risks, staffing, and milestones; resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and briefings.
• Lead the Management Solutions project team and mentor members.
