Job summary

Velera seeks a Consulting Operations Analyst to administer and optimize Adobe Workfront and other key platforms, driving automation, reporting, and operational efficiency across the organization. You will configure Workfront, build integrations with Salesforce using Fusion, and lead change management while partnering with business leaders to deliver technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 3–5 years of experience administering and supporting business systems, workflow platforms or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience administering Adobe Workfront in a business environment.
  • Experience with business process analysis, workflow design, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting business users through training, troubleshooting, and change management activities.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Position may require less than 25% travel per year.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Adobe Workfront: configuration, maintenance, governance, user administration, and optimization.
  • Build and maintain integration between Adobe Workfront and Salesforce using Fusion and low-code platforms.
  • Design, implement, and maintain workflow automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Document business rules, operating procedures, and process handoffs.
  • Evaluate metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and capacity improvements.
  • Collaborate with leaders to gather requirements and develop technology-enabled solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Workfront objects, templates, forms, queues, reports, dashboards, and resource management tools.
  • Develop or partner on dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project delivery and performance.
  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and process compliance; lead change management for improvements.
  • Create training materials and user guides; provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams, vendors, and stakeholders for integrations and enhancements.
  • Support testing, implementation, and deployment of system enhancements.
  • Research best practices and emerging tech to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Consulting Operations Analyst who will administer and optimize the systems, processes, and workflows that support Advisors Plus consulting services. Serving as the primary administrator for Adobe Workfront and other key business platforms, this role drives workflow automation, process improvement, reporting, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Day in the Life
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Adobe Workfront, including system configuration, maintenance, governance, user administration, and optimization.
  • Build and maintain integration between Adobe Workfront and other critical systems, such as Salesforce, using the low-code Adobe Workfront Fusion integration and work automation platform.
  • Design, implement, and maintain workflow automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Document business rules, operating procedures, and process handoffs.
  • Evaluate operational metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and capacity improvements.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve scalability, create integration and enhance operational effectiveness across Workfront and other critical systems.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and develop technology-enabled solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Workfront objects, templates, forms, queues, reports, dashboards, resource management tools, and workflow processes.
  • Develop or partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into project delivery, resource utilization, performance, and business outcomes across Workfront and other critical systems.
  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and process compliance to ensure reliable and effective business operations.
  • Lead change management activities associated with process improvements, system enhancements, and new technology implementations.
  • Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and user guides for systems and processes.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support integrations, enhancements, and future system capabilities.
  • Support testing, implementation, and deployment of system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Research platform capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain appropriate system controls, governance standards, and operational documentation.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience administering and supporting business systems, workflow platforms, project management systems, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience administering Adobe Workfront in a business environment required.
  • Experience with business process analysis, workflow design, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives required.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics required.
  • Experience supporting business users through training, troubleshooting, and change management activities required.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Position may require less than 25% travel per year.

Pay Equity

$84,900.00 - $108,200.00 Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
