Why This Role Matters

ERM is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Consulting Associate, Engineering, Remediation to join our growing team. Working under the direction of professional engineers, project managers, and partners, you will support remediation projects across the US and global locations. Responsibilities include remedial design and management of remedial construction for groundwater, sediment, soil, and vapor media using in-situ and ex-situ technologies.

This is a great opportunity to work with ERM’s technical experts on complex remediation projects for large industrial and global clients.

What You’ll Bring
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering (minimum 3.0 GPA); Master’s preferred.

Recent graduate to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in engineering design for soil and groundwater remediation projects.

Evaluate remedial technologies for site-specific applications.

For the Consulting Associate, Engineering, Remediation position, the anticipated annual base pay is $66,000–$88,775 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits to eligible employees.
