Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Consulting Analyst to drive business and technology transformation in client-facing environments. You will own project deliverables, guide solution planning and strategy, and mentor junior team members while building credibility with management-level clients.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, defining business requirements, and translating complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences. Strong communication and SDLC understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a consulting or analyst role; master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated domain expertise with a commitment to continuous learning
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders across levels
• Understanding of SDLC and common project delivery concepts
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel for data synthesis and reporting
• Ability to create professional-quality presentation decks using PowerPoint or Google Docs
• Familiarity with BPMN or UML for business process modeling
• Ability to run simple SQL queries to present findings clearly

Responsibilities

• Own project work and all deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Maintain relationships with clients at multiple levels to build credibility.
• Analyze challenges through workshops, direct communication, and business needs assessments.
• Define business requirements and map to technology solutions.
• Synthesize data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Adapt communication to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as project coordinator or team lead resource for delivery.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration.
• Actively listen and respond to feedback and coaching.
