AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Madison Heights, MI. You’ll guide customers with a consultative sales approach and help them compare options for devices and services, while contributing to a friendly, community-focused store environment.

Expect a schedule 9am–9pm with weekends, ongoing training, and the chance to earn $47,500–$75,000 annually through base pay plus uncapped commissions. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
