Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Austin, TX. You will guide customers through options on the sales floor, provide excellent customer service and participate in community events.

You may fill online orders, make outbound calls and adapt to a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including weekends. Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance.
• Be flexible and adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
• Participate in events and engage with the community.
