Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through device and service options with a friendly, consultative approach. You’ll join a team focused on community, events, online orders and outbound calls to customers.

You’ll work a flexible 40-hour week (9am–9pm, weekends) with training and coaching. Earn between $46,400 and $75,000 with uncapped commissions, with benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
