To practice as a palliative care clinician for hospice patients, this role provides end-of-life pain and symptom management and improve patient’s quality of life.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:30 – 11pm EST (1:30 – 10pm CST) with a 4th weekend rotation
Location: This will be a work at home opportunity based out of Pennsylvania or Tennessee

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$94,900 - $130,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
