Qualifications

• Ability to travel to training and pass OCC background checks.

Responsibilities

• Sell banking products and services aligned to customer needs.
• Greet customers, schedule appointments, and conduct outbound calls.
• Perform teller transactions following branch procedures.
• Maintain accurate balance records and process transactions efficiently.
• Develop product knowledge through required training classes.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold integrity and ethics.
• Act as risk manager by understanding and reporting daily risk per policy.
