Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a data analytics consultant to work with cross-functional client teams across the United States. You will implement and optimize ETL data transformations, design ERDs, and leverage Tableau, SQL, BigQuery, and GCP to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

You will translate business requirements into data-driven insights, support marketing analytics initiatives, and collaborate on multi-million-dollar engagements with top marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital Social Media, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in market research analytics required.
• Required skills: Tableau, ERD Design, DDL Proficiency, Google Analytics, developing marketing campaigns, SEO in digital marketing, content marketing, data analytics, CRM automation, graphic design, video editing, SQL, BigQuery, GCP, ETL methodologies/technologies.

Team Overview

Consultants, Data Science & Analytics for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Work with cross-functional client teams on multi-million-dollar customer engagements and build a network with the top marketing leadership in major companies across a variety of industries. Understand customers’ business and technical requirements in implementing and configuring data integrations and data transformation rules. Develop the end-to-end deployment cycle of client implementation, from initial post sales planning and scoping meetings, to client walk-through of model and user interface delivery. Setup, validate, and diagnose ETL integrations using cloud and data transformation applications. Configure, transform, and debug data pipe foundations between end-clients and various data sources. Participate in communication directly with partners both internally and externally to help solve issues that identify and address potential data challenges. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,238/yr-$80,000yr + benefits (www.transunion.com/about-us/careers/life-at-tu).
annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
