Job Title: Consultants for Various Worksites

Location: Throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL)

Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and develop integrated partnerships to ensure successful adoption of products and solutions.
• Diagnose business needs, formulate questions, and architect data extraction from multiple sources.
• Identify trends in datasets and conduct quantitative analyses to provide insights.
• Create forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans.
• Translate analytics into understandable language and actionable insights.
• Ensure smooth delivery of Marketing Solutions products, balancing client satisfaction, timing, and budget.
• Develop project scopes, plans, risk mitigation strategies, and oversee implementation.
• Mentor junior analysts.

Technical Environment: SQL, Meridian, TruAudience Optimizer, Excel, PowerPoint.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Analyst or in Data Analytics/Analysis.
• Experience in client-facing roles and conducting quantitative analyses.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into simple, actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Telecommuting permitted.

Benefits & Compensation:

The salary range is $95,000 to $137,700 annually. Eligibility for bonuses and incentives may apply.
