Job summary

BLUEBIRD Consulting AG is seeking a finance/IT professional to join its OneStream CPM team. You will advise clients on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and close, and drive digital transformation in corporate performance management.

You will design and implement planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions, help improve planning accuracy, and lead project progress with technical direction for team members. Strong English and German, willingness to travel, and agile mindset are important.

Qualifications

• Ideally initial professional experience in consulting or in a large company with a focus on accounting, controlling, planning, or consolidation
• Experience with OneStream's CPM solution; ideally experience with other CPM solutions
• Strong interest in innovative solutions in Digital Transformation, CPM, and BI
• High flexibility, very good English and German skills, willing to travel (including internationally)
• Enthusiasm for working in an agile project environment and taking responsibility

Responsibilities

• Advising our clients on strategy development and optimization of digitalization projects in finance with OneStream XF
• Professional and methodical advice on Digital Transformation and Corporate Performance Management projects

This is your area of responsibility

After your onboarding, as part of our OneStream CPM team, you will advise our clients on implementation projects in the areas of planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial close, and thereby drive digital transformation significantly. In doing so, you will take on a variety of tasks:

• Advising our clients on strategy development as well as on the optimization and further development of digitalization projects in the finance environment with OneStream XF

• Professional and methodical advice on our clients' projects in the areas of Digital Transformation and Corporate Performance Management

• Design and implementation of planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions as well as analytics applications

• Optimization of planning accuracy and/or the financial close processes of our clients

• Responsibility for project progress and technical leadership of team members

Requirements

What you bring

• Ideally, initial professional experience in consulting or in a large company with a focus on accounting, controlling, planning, or consolidation

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification

• Experience with OneStream's CPM solution; ideally experience with other CPM solutions

• Strong interest in innovative solutions in the areas of Digital Transformation, Corporate Performance Management, and Business Intelligence

• High flexibility, very good English and German skills, and willingness to travel (including for international challenges)

• Enthusiasm for working in an agile project environment and willingness to take responsibility
