Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a Risk Consulting team supporting the development, migration, and enhancement of client-facing technology and custom data analytics solutions.

This position will design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack, SQL, and AWS. The developer will work on client-focused solutions involving application development, data analytics, system migrations, and ongoing technical support.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of full-stack development experience, strong JavaScript and SQL expertise, hands‑on AWS experience, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality technical solutions while collaborating effectively with a broader team. Experience within insurance, claims, or risk‑related environments is beneficial but not required.

Candidates must provide a portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of previous development work that demonstrate relevant full-stack development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, code, test, and debug full-stack applications and technical modules using the MERN stack and SQL.
• Develop solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain SQL databases, including complex queries, data structures, and database designs.
• Support application and data migrations while maintaining data integrity and system performance.
• Develop custom data analytics solutions based on client and business requirements.
• Deploy and maintain applications within AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Translate client and business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
