Pay Range: $38 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hours: 8 hrs. per day || 40 hrs. in a week
• Location: Consider local or remote for strong candidate.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing on all aspects of assigned domains (categories) to include prioritization, contract renewals, benchmarking, and industry research to achieve business goals.
• Leverage demand and buy levers to evaluate moderately complex domain (category) spend, identify cost reduction opportunities, and develop recommendations.
• Provide expert consultation for moderately complex new and renewal contracts, agreements, and leases.
• Determine appropriate stakeholders (e.g., legal, IRM, IT) to engage as necessary.
• Execute moderately complex RFP(X) (requests for information, proposals, quotes) with pre-defined and/or new suppliers based on requirements and funding to optimize purchases.
• Review contract pipeline report for assigned domains and consult with Strategic Sourcing and the business unit for next steps.
• Partner with business unit and Finance to forecast contract renewals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills: Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Acquisition
• Education: Undergraduate degree in supply management, business, finance, accounting, MIS, economics, or related fields (preferred)
• Experience: 6-8 years in supply chain management or related industries
• Knowledge: Principles and practices of supply chain management, legal environment, enterprise structure, business objectives, purchasing concepts related to technology solutions, financial controls, insurance, systems, data processing, and financial planning/analysis
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, relationship management, independent work, influence, training, proficiency in MS Office and CoPilot
