Job summary

Harris DACH is seeking a Consultant Output Management in Bulgaria to shape form creation and delivery across print, email and archiving. You will design client forms and improve end-to-end document processes leveraging AI-enabled features.

You bring technical training or degree, programming skills and a genuine willingness to learn new software solutions. Fluency in German (B2) and English helps in a diverse team.

Your tasks

Every invoice, every contract confirmation, every letter that a municipal utility sends to its customers passes through your team. As Consultant Output Management (m/f/d), you shape this process – from the individual creation of forms to trouble‑free delivery via print, email and archive. You are also part of how we gradually develop this area further with AI‑supported methods.

• Designing forms: You create and maintain individual customer forms (invoices, contract confirmations, letters) and adapt them to new requirements.
• Optimizing processes: You improve the creation process itself and implement new features – including first AI‑supported automation approaches where they deliver genuine added value.
• Supporting customers in case of faults: You reliably and traceably analyze and resolve problems in the document generation process (print, email, archiving).

What you bring

• A technically oriented vocational training or degree, as well as programming skills.
• IT affinity and genuine willingness to learn new software solutions.
• Practical experience working with AI systems – we are building our AI competence across teams, and this role is part of that, so that you can actively help shape AI‑supported process automation
• Problem‑solving skills and teamwork in direct customer contact.

Nice to have if you bring

• Knowledge of OMS software.
• Confident use of MS Office.

• Language skills: German (at least B2), English.
