Job Description

As part of the Network team, you will manage all physical and virtual connections linking customer and internal systems.

You will also oversee key security measures within the Network Team's responsibilities.

• Segment customer and internal systems to protect against unauthorized access.
• Plan and execute network activities, including:

• Firewall administration and updates
• Firewall port management
• IPSEC VPN configuration (phase-in / phase-out)
• Handling service requests and incident tickets
• Troubleshooting connectivity issues

Our infrastructure is vendor-specific, focusing on technologies such as CheckPoint, Juniper SRX, Cisco ACI, Arista, Citrix ADC / Netscaler, and IBM qRadar.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship as an IT specialist or degree in informatics
• Professional experience as a network or security specialist (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of relevant solutions and interest in technologies like Cisco ACI, Cisco Meraki, Arista, Juniper SRX, Checkpoint ClusterXL, Checkpoint VSX, Citrix ADC, IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Python, CheckMK, IBM qRadar
• Fluent in German (minimum B2) and English (B2)
