Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally.

What You'll Bring

Required

• BS/MS degree in a related field or equivalent experience (6+ years in lieu of education).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in safety, risk management, and EHS compliance.Additionalexperience with environmental compliance is a plus but notrequired.
• Hands‑on experience with running safety programs.
• Strong communicationskills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel (up to 80% during peak project periods) domestically and internationally.

Preferred

• Certifications such as CSP or CIH (or aspirations to obtain certification) are a plus, and ERM supports professional development to help you achieve them.
• Consulting experience with proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Expertisein delivering corporate H&S strategies, including safety culture, leadership, andserious injury/fatality risk reduction.
