Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Consultant for Fund Administration in Integrated Portfolio Services. You will support month-end NAV calculations, financial reporting, annual drafts, and audit support for clients.

This role partners with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate fund accounting and reporting, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to client-facing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are a plus.

Job Description Summary

Under general supervision, this role is responsible for supporting fund accounting activities within Integrated Portfolio Services. The Fund Administration team delivers monthly net asset value (NAV) calculations, financial reporting, annual draft financial statements, and audit and tax support for clients. This position partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of fund accounting and reporting services.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $74,200 - 126,200 USD. Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
