What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Analyze claims repricing and manage audits for claims and plans

- Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver analytic results that support strategic decisions
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and GDPR regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related experience in insurance, consulting, or brokerage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate to advanced skills required
- Ohio Life and Health License required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
