Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for 16 hours/week serving the long-term care community in Wellsburg, WV.

The position offers a flexible schedule and excellent pay, with mileage pay possibly available. You will complete clinical nutrition assessments and document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and completing the MDS - Section K and TF calculations.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
