Consultant Dietitian (Educ Team) for Nutritious Lifestyles, LLC to report to our Orlando, FL HQ but working at multiple unanticipated locs in USA. Must be willing to relocate if/as needed to service clients. Frequent, non-overnight travel to local client sites from your home station. Potential for other domestic travel to farther client sites to meet business needs, not to exceed 10%. May work remotely on occasion to perform telehealth services & some education-related tasks. Service accounts at healthcare facilities to provide medical nutrition therapy, nutrition assessment, care planning, & regulatory compliance services. Guide & monitor food purchasing, production, budget, cost control, staffing, food quality & sanitation. Serve as nutritional expert during survey process to assist withreg compliance & develop nutritional plans of correction. Assist in kitchen operations & education of dietary staff. Documentation incl clinical charting, daily & risk tracking, QA surveys, training & monthly reports. Cover for other local staff as needed. Provide clinical, educational, & consultative guidance, mentoring, training (on-site & virtual), & onboarding to new hires, interns & others as needed. Be a preceptor to dietetic interns. Communicate with trainees & trainers to discuss workday, answer questions, plan next day, identify & address any concerns. Review notes, order entries & work products for accuracy & compliance with regs, accreditation requirements & standards of care. Create & update educ materials. Ongoing training for compliance requirements. Work with clients, facilities, staff & management using effective communication skills. May undergo post-selection background checks. Flexible schedule (if approved). Must have Bachelors in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; and hold an RD/RDN issued by the CDR. Wage: $61,880 to $79,040 per year.
