Syneos Health in Santa Monica, CA seeks a results-driven consultant to help clients maximize the value of their assets and portfolio. You will conduct secondary research, manage project deliverables, and support cross-functional teams through the consulting cycle.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in consulting or biopharma, and the ability to produce client-ready deliverables with rigor. Travel may be required, and a graduate degree in business or life science is preferred.

• Support the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organization, as well as internally at Syneos Health
• Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the management consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality checking work, reviewing with project management/leadership, incorporating edits and feedback
• Identify relevant secondary research data sources. Leverages critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practice.
• Demonstrate a strategic and systematic decision-making approach to communicating data through text, graphics, images, and/or other communication choices. Contributes to the design and build of a compelling, structured, and logical storyboard with guidance and direction.
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements
• Ability to develop relevant client deliverables autonomously

In this role, you will help clients maximize the commercial value of their assets, portfolio, and organization while building excellence in the commercial organization. You will also help companies market and sell more effectively in an environment increasingly dominated by third-party payers. The Consultant will be responsible for conducting secondary (i.e., analytically and scientifically based) research and working closely with project management in the creation of high-quality project materials and client deliverables. You will:

• Support the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organization, as well as internally at Syneos Health

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $122,000 to $149,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
