Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Position Overview

Business Operations Consultant/Project Director

Design, build, implement, train, and evaluate customized solutions that help organizations improve productivity, increase revenues, and enhance overall performance. Responsibilities include business development, organizational engineering, process management, and financial systems. The Project Director manages client relationships from opportunity origination to evaluating project effectiveness, focusing on client financial improvement, relationship management, and project oversight.

Position Description

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with clients, improving their operational and financial efficiencies. The position requires 100% travel.

Job Purpose

To design, build, implement, train, and evaluate tailored solutions that boost organizational productivity and revenues, impacting overall performance positively across business development, organizational engineering, process management, and financial systems.

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:

  • Minimum of four years consulting experience with a proven track record of delivering client value.
  • Timely and accurate completion of administrative duties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Suite, financial software, dashboards, CRM, project management software).
  • Proven fiduciary responsibility, preferably managing budgets over $10M.
  • Prior business ownership experience is a plus.
