The role requires a Master's in Business Analytics or related field and at least one year of post-baccalaureate BI experience, with hands-on work in Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R.

# Consultant, Business Intelligence Analytics## Location:Atlanta, GA## Schedule:Full-timePosition: **Consultant, Business Intelligence Analytics**Location: 3495 Piedmont Rd., N.E. 9 Piedmont Center, Atlanta, GA 30305**Responsibilities:** Interprets data analyses by applying findings to business contexts and developing insights, reports, and presentations that tell a compelling story for stakeholders. Communicates results clearly to enable decision‐making and provides appropriate context regarding data interpretations and limitations. Executes creative analytical approaches by defining and calculating metrics, developing and validating algorithms, and conducting descriptive, correlational, inferential, and predictive analyses. Develop analytical and statistical models by identifying data requirements, building models that generate actionable insights, and testing and refining those models. Gathers and prepares data systematically by validating data sources; querying, merging, and extracting data across systems; performing routine data updates; and developing tools, training, and documentation for electronic data collection. Drives strategic, data‐informed decisions by consulting with clients to understand business needs; defining outcome and process measures; translating requirements into analytical solutions; developing analysis plans; assessing the impact of business decisions; and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Supports and trains end users and documents processes and deliverables. Prepares data for analysis by integrating and consolidating data sets, ensuring data quality and accuracy, identifying data issues, and recommending improvements. Cleans and transforms data to create final analysis‐ready datasets. Master complex analytical tools and software, including SQL programming and relational query development across data sets. Uses Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R to develop solutions that meet customer reporting and analytics needs.**Educ./experience:**Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics or related field, plus one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a related position in the healthcare industry.
