The role requires 0-3 years backend or AI development experience, and the ability to work with Claude/OpenAI models, LangChain, and RAG pipelines within a dynamic AI consulting team.

Infosys Consulting's Enterprise AI Practice is seeking an Analyst to build the next generation AI Solutions for clients.

Position Overview

As an Analyst who can envision & design business solutions with AI. You will Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows. You will be responsible for a program track at client.

Responsibilities And Skills Needed

• LLM solutions : Design, build and scale AI products using Claude, OpenAI and similar models.
• Agentic workflows: Create multi-step agents using LangChain, Google ADK and related frameworks
• Retrieval & knowledge: Develop RAG, semantic search, knowledge graphs and graph-based retrieva
• Focused AI : Apply specific prompt engineering approaches to create relevant responses
• AI engineering: Build data pipelines, API integrations, microservices and Python AI/ML solutions.
• AI Provenance: Design & build eval methods to ensure integrity of outcomes

Client And Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
• Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to client executives and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Act as a person running the project activities, work with stakeholders through IT transformation processes.

Team Collaboration and Development:

• Collaborate with project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely delivery of milestones.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Basic Qualifications
