The Primary Market Research Consultant will support strategic market research initiatives by contributing to project execution, data analysis, and the development of high-quality deliverables that align with client objectives. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to help drive actionable insights and ensure the successful delivery of impactful market research.
Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or equivalent) preferred from a recognized institute.
4–8 years of professional experience in Primary Market Research with exposure to U.S.-based qualitative and quantitative market research projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Strong expertise in pharmaceutical market research, with a deep understanding of methodologies, study design, data interpretation, and insight generation.
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of primary and secondary research initiatives across therapeutic areas and brand lifecycles.
Solid grasp of pharma commercialization dynamics and the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations for commercial teams.
Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in hybrid (onsite + remote) settings, ensuring high-quality, timely execution.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, resolve issues, and build trusted relationships.
Willingness to be onsite at client locations as required.
