Consultants play an integral role within our project teams. They are responsible for conducting research and analysis related to a project and are typically assigned to one or two project teams simultaneously. Your work will be rigorous, but the impact will be evident. You’ll have exposure to client‑facing opportunities and can expect to learn, be challenged, and be encouraged to grow and develop throughout your career. This role can be based out of Boston, MA or Troy, MI.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $115,000 annually. Exact compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, and location. Consultants are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance.
We encourage staff to work from a Ducker Carlisle office as often as is feasible; our hybrid work schedule suggests that most local team members work in the office 3‑4 days per week when they are not traveling to clients.
