• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in property & casualty (P&C) insurance.
• 3+ years in business analysis, product management, or product development.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; SQL query experience.
• Familiarity with insurance products, policy, billing, claims, and ISO/AAIS/NISS rules.
• Strong client-facing communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop mapping documentation for bureau-specified compliance submission files.
• Create test case scenarios to validate mapping documentation in client systems.
• Develop balancing documentation and routines to verify data feeds.
• Test data feeds with applicable bureaus and track issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development or bureau testing phases.
• Review project plans and assist in defining scope, schedules, and resources.
• Attend and potentially lead client meetings as needed.
• Foster client relationships and coordinate introductions to other practice areas.

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant to join a Cloud Services team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, developing compliance documentation, and ensuring the accuracy and validity of data feeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a client-facing environment.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop mapping documentation for bureau-specified compliance submission files for use by programming staff.
• Create test case scenarios to validate mapping documentation within client systems.
• Develop balancing documentation and routines to verify the accuracy of data feeds.
• Test data feeds with applicable bureaus and track any arising issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development or bureau testing phases.
• Review project plans and assist in defining project scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Attend and potentially lead client meetings as needed.
• Foster strong client relationships and coordinate introductions to other practice areas within the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in property & casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Minimum of 3 years in business analysis, product management, or product development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience building SQL queries to mine data.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Familiarity with insurance products, software applications (policy, billing, claims), and operations.
• Understanding of industry reporting rules and requirements as outlined by ISO, AAIS, ISS, NISS, etc.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities.
