Korzen Health invites a Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist to join a thriving nonprofit behavioral health hospital system in an established inpatient unit. You will collaborate with six CL psychiatrists and four APPs, focusing on adult and geriatric consultations and teaching within a robust academic environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Responsibilities

Korzen Health has been retained by one of the area's fastest-growing nonprofit behavioral health hospital systems to recruit a Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist to join an established and collaborative multidisciplinary team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychiatrist interested in combining clinical excellence with academic teaching, research, and professional development. The position offers a 100% inpatient practice focused on adult and geriatric patients, working alongside an experienced team of six full-time Consult-Liaison Psychiatrists and four Advanced Practice Providers.

With a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volumes, and access to a strong academic environment, this role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality psychiatric care while participating in physician education and advancing the field of Consult-Liaison Psychiatry.

Position Highlights

• Established Clinical Team: Join six full-time Consult-Liaison Psychiatrists and four Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative clinical environment.
• 100% Inpatient Practice: Provide psychiatric consultations and follow-up care for a diverse adult and geriatric patient population.
• Predictable Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, day-shift schedule.
• Manageable Patient Volumes: Average daily workload of up to five new consultations and three follow-up patients.
