Qualifications

• Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry.
• At least 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison experience with ages 5+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care remotely in inpatient and emergency department settings.
• Collaborate with Iris PMHNPs without on-call or overnight shifts.
• Handle all age patients with a focus on ages 5+ in ER settings.

About the Role:

• Setting: 100% Remote Consults for IP/ER/ED
• Schedule: 15 shifts per month—day, evening, and night shifts available; weekends required but now only 1-2 shifts/month
• Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred)
• Compensation: 1099 - $175/hr + sign-on bonus eligibility (productivity-based compensation to maximize earnings)
• NP Supervision: Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNPs—no on-call or overnight shifts needed!

Qualifications:

• Active medical license and IMLC Letter of Qualification
• Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry
• At least 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison experience with ages 5+
• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+
• Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
