About the Role :

• Setting : 100% Remote Consults for IP / ER / ED
• Schedule : 15 shifts per month-day, evening, and night shifts available; weekends required but now only 1-2 shifts / month
• Patient Population : All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred)
• Compensation : 1099 - $175 / hr + sign-on bonus eligibility (productivity-based compensation to maximize earnings)
• NP Supervision : Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNPs-no on-call or overnight shifts needed!

Qualifications :

• Active medical license and IMLC Letter of Qualification
• Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry
• At least 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison experience with ages 5+
• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+
• Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
