Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Consultation Coordinator to serve as a critical link between prospective patients and life‑changing treatment. In this role, you’ll guide individuals through their mental health journey—from initial consultation through treatment readiness—while delivering an exceptional, compassionate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead patients through the consultation and intake journey with empathy and confidence
• Clearly explain treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial expectations
• Use strong listening and interviewing skills to understand patient needs
• Keep patients moving forward—follow up, remove barriers, and drive conversion
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in CRM/EHR systems
• Partner with clinical and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and guide patients through sensitive conversations
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred (Equivalent experience or certifications such as Medical Assistant may be considered)
• 3+ years of experience in a mental health, healthcare, or patient care setting preferred
• Experience working with insurance verification, benefits education, or financial counseling is a plus
• Familiarity with EHR systems (AdvancedMD, Salesforce preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines is highly desirable

• paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
