PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Coordinator for the California Buildings District.

The role connects workers to opportunities, supports workforce pipelines, and collaborates with labor and community partners across multiple projects in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Santa Barbara and San Diego. The position emphasizes coordinating with project teams, trade partners, and apprenticeship programs to meet workforce commitments, document outcomes, and support career growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in workforce development, HR or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-management across project, field, labor and community.
• Experience with tracking workforce data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify craft workforce needs and hiring opportunities with project teams and trade partners.
• Vet and connect qualified workers to opportunities based on project needs and local hire requirements.
• Coordinate workforce dispatch, pre-job conferences, tracking, sponsorships and reporting.
• Develop relationships with trades, apprenticeship programs, labor groups, and community organizations.
• Track workforce outcomes and report on placements, sponsorships and career advancement.
