Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Glendale, California, is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to support the California Buildings District.

You will connect craft workers with employment opportunities, strengthen workforce pipelines, and work with labor and community partners. The role requires construction workforce knowledge, strong coordination and reporting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across LA, Orange, Santa Barbara and San Diego counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in workforce development, human resources, public policy or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction workforce coordination or related field.
• Familiarity with prevailing wage, certified payroll, labor relations or apprenticeship programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify craft workforce needs and hiring opportunities with project teams.
• Vet and connect qualified craft workers to employment opportunities and maintain contact through onboarding.
• Develop relationships with building trades, apprenticeship programs, and community organizations to strengthen pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, jobsite access, and workforce reporting across multiple projects.
• Track workforce outcomes such as placements and sponsorships.
