PCL Industrial Services, Inc. in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a Workforce Manager to lead workforce planning, labor relations, and talent strategies across multiple states, ensuring skilled craft professionals are deployed where needed to safely deliver complex industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or craftsperson certification preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• 10 years of progressive experience in lead hand/foreperson roles and/or labor relations or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of alcohol and drug testing protocol and laws.
• Experience with succession planning and development of talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Extend offers and onboarding for craft persons.
• Source candidates across channels to maintain a strong pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate with project teams to understand demands and needs.
• Oversee pre-employment testing.
• Coordinate safety training for new hires on each jobsite.
• Guide supervisors through progressive disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans.
• Act as liaison between craft and management to resolve grievances.
