• Hard working, focused, driven and must be able to work the Night Shift (3rd Shift)
• Mechanically inclined and able to run heavy equipment (Bulldozer, Backhoe, Excavator) a plus
• Must be able to be flexible with their schedule – we are dependent on the weather
• Must be able to work easily with different leadership styles – in the beginning you will be put on many different teams with different leaders
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced and safety focused environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years or older
