• Mechanically inclined able to run heavy equipment (Bulldozer, Backhoe, Excavator) a plus

• Must be able to work easily with different leadership styles – In the beginning you will be put on many different teams with different leaders
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and SAFETY focused environment
