A leading pavement marking company in Bridgeport, CT is seeking dedicated individuals for road construction jobs. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment and working during the Night Shift. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid CDL license, and possess OSHA 30 certification. • Hard working, focused, driven and must be able to work the Night Shift (3 rd Shift)
• Mechanically inclined able to run heavy equipment (Bulldozer, Backhoe, Excavator) a plus
• Must be able to be flexible with their schedule – we are dependent on the weather
• Must be able to work easily with different leadership styles – In the beginning you will be put on many different teams with different leaders
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and SAFETY focused environment
