BF Maintenance is a busy remodeling and handyman company seeking a Construction Team Member to join our growing team! We value self-motivated, experienced, and quality-focused individuals. BF Maintenance offers both small service call jobs and full remodeling services to our clients.

Construction Team Member Responsibilities

1. Follow supervisor instructions.
2. Perform light plumbing, such as sinks, vanities, and tubs.
3. Perform intermediate electrical work, including installing light fixtures and moving outlets.
4. Support and assist in apartment turnovers across various properties.
5. Perform general remodeling of residential single-family homes and apartments.
6. Conduct routine and preventative maintenance, including small electrical and plumbing repairs, drywall, and painting.
7. Keep the job site clean and organized.
8. Handle materials and tools properly.
9. Complete tasks safely and efficiently.
10. Communicate issues effectively and adapt as needed.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Reliable transportation.
2. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
3. Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.

Compensation

$20 - $28 hourly
