Job summary

FINFROCK is seeking a Construction Welder in Orlando to perform high-quality welding on active construction sites for precast concrete structures. You will follow project specs, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety procedures to ensure precision and teamwork.

The role requires the ability to travel to out-of-town sites, lift up to 50 lbs, read measurements, and operate welding equipment under OSHA guidelines. Extended hours and weekends may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Complete 3G vertical and 4G overhead welding tests
• Basic tape measure test
• Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites (overnight travel may be required)

Responsibilities

• Perform welding duties in accordance with FINFROCK standards and project specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment, leads, and torches in proper working condition.
• Identify, organize, and distribute materials per the Bill of Materials (BOM) as required.
• Follow all FINFROCK safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns on the job site.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work on varying schedules, including extended hours and weekends, based on project and operational needs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

As a Construction Welder at FINFROCK, you’ll play a critical role in the erection and assembly of our precast concrete structures. You’ll perform high-quality welding on active construction sites while maintaining our commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform welding duties in accordance with FINFROCK standards and project specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment, leads, and torches in proper working condition.
• Identify, organize, and distribute materials per the Bill of Materials (B.O.M.) as required.
• Follow all FINFROCK safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate promptly with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns on the job site.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work on varying schedules, including extended hours and weekends, based on project and operational needs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the following FINFROCK assessments:
  • 3G (vertical) and 4G (overhead) Welding Test
  • Basic Tape Measure Test
• Ability to work at elevated heights and follow all applicable safety policies, procedures, and fall protection requirements.
• Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites (overnight travel may be required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Read measurements accurately and follow welding procedures, installation details, and field instructions.
