Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or material coordination.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction warehouse and oversee storage of project materials.
• Coordinate receipt of construction materials with buyers, invoicing, and suppliers.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and documentation of inspection results.
• Maintain accurate receiving records for invoice reconciliers.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with project leads to ensure materials are in good condition.
• Ensure materials stored per manufacturer specs and project requirements.
• Maintain warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and material traceability.
• Assist with material tracking, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support project teams with timely material availability for construction.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate material status with project personnel and stakeholders.
