Job summary

Aristeo is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support the Assets and Maintenance team in keeping construction crews supplied. You will handle receiving, organizing, packing shipments, and coordinating with drivers on-site and in transit.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and inventory documentation skills, plus the ability to work outdoors and indoors. Prior warehouse experience and HiLo operation are preferred, with competitive benefits and a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory control and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check, and store materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to unload shipments.
• Load and unload route and freight trucks.
• Direct drivers as needed.
• Organize inventory and returns in proper locations.
• Determine ordering needs by field personnel.
• Maintain safety inspection procedures.
• Follow paperwork procedures for filing.
• Pack and ship products to job sites.
• Provide supervisor with item shortage lists.
