In this pivotal leadership role, you'll manage daily field operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and up to standard. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety on all job sites.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget and specifications.
• Serve as the field liaison between project management, subcontractors, clients, and senior leadership.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Oversee and enforce all job site safety protocols and training requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop crew members and support career growth.
• Resolve field issues efficiently while maintaining clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction, including 5+ years in supervisory roles, with at least 2 years at the Foreman or Superintendent level.
• Strong experience in underground utility construction (water, sewer, storm), concrete, and paving operations.
• OSHA 30 certification or willing to obtain it.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and make quick, sound decisions in the field.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in construction/project management software and daily reporting tools.
