• Curriculum & Materials: customize curriculum and instructional approaches for specific training engagements.
• Assessment & Compliance: administer assessments and document student records.
• Operational & Facility Oversight: maintain classrooms and labs and ensure safe working conditions.
• Professionalism & Morale: maintain regular attendance, adapt teaching for adult learners, and provide excellent customer service.
• Institutional Alignment: comply with college policies and strategic plan; complete required trainings.
• Scheduling: flexible hours including day, evening, or weekend sessions as needed.
